State Map of Chapters
The Arkansas HVACR Association has 8 chapters across the state . Each chapter is an affiliate of the State organization with officers that lead the chapter in growth, training, and camaraderie. The Chapter’s President and Vice-President are contractors but the Secretarial position is frequently held by an Associate Distributor or Utility member. Chapter officers are elected by a vote of the Chapter membership. State officers are elected by a vote of the entire state’s membership and serve a term of two years. The State hires an Executive Director who leads the Association under the direction of the Association’s State Board which consists of the officers of the local Chapters.
The Association plans to establish two more Chapters within the next two years. Forrest City / West Memphis area and Pine Bluff area.
Chapters meet in October and March with a program to provide 2 hours of Continuing Education for licensee holders. These meetings are free to members and a meal is provided. Non-members pay a small fee. Additional meetings are scheduled by the local officers. The basic schedule and locations are listed in the adjacent map. Our goal is to provide training and camaraderie opportunities on a frequency that the members find beneficial to their business and personal schedule.
