Regulation & Legislation are key focuses of the Arkansas HVACR Association.  At the request of the industry and hard work of many leaders, our law was passed in the 1991 legislative session.  We are ardent supporters of legislation that strengthens the HVACR industry while protecting consumer safety.  We support the work of the Arkansas HVACR License Board, the fiduciary work of the Department of Labor and Licensing, and inspectors, both state and municipal.  It is with a spirit of partnership that we work to assure Arkansans that their HVACR design, equipment, installation, and service meets or exceeds code to provide them with safety, comfort, refrigeration, and efficiency.  Click on the following images to link to important legislative and regulatory information.
